Keith Stone built his first black powder rifle in 1978. He has furthered his interest and skills through classes attended in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky, where he studied under some of the current masters of the trade. Hawken and Golden Age flintlock rifles are Keith's favorites. The above Hawken flintlock won an award at Dixon's Muzzleloading Fair in the Craftmanship category. He has donated two fundraising rifles to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
